After the relatively slow-paced, somewhat psychedelic, Kubrick-esque first movie outing for the Star Trek gang, they all returned for The Wrath Of Khan , a far more action-oriented sequel with a significant villain who isn't a giant space anus. Though personality-wise, he's not far off. This sequel is often on people's Best Star Trek Movies list, right at the top, and it's easy to see why: you've got a cruel enemy out for revenge, Chekov with brain bugs in his ears, Kirk screaming "KHAAAAN!", a doomsday machine of sorts, that infamous ending but, most importantly, it's just very entertaining and much closer to the Star Trek blockbuster format fans were hoping for. Ricardo Montalban is what most people remember about this one, mostly because of the ridiculous attire his character, we assume, made for himself during his banishment on a barren planet but also because of that glorious mullet, those weirdly toned old-man-pecs, his sadistic hate for C

You ever wonder what would happen if your idiot dad died and was somehow reborn as some magical super being? And I don't mean any of that Jack Frost snowman bullshit. No, I'm talking Ra.One which, now that I think about it, owes more to Jack Frost than I originally thought. Shahrukh Khan plays a games developer who creates a new virtual reality game in which you fight an indestructible villain known as Ra.One. But that shit literally becomes real when the game villain transcends the virtual world into our own and wreaks havoc upon it. How this happens I'm not quite sure but lets just say that suspension of disbelief doesn't even begin to cover it. Cue big action sequences, most of them shot in London, a delicious Endhiran (The Robot) cameo appearance and lots of robot hijinks and tomfooleries. Oh and an entire scene dedicated to a "smoking kills" message. Just like The Adventures Of Sonic The Hedgehog . That takes me back... Anyway, it turns

All set to watch new Shah Rukh Khan-starring Bollywood sequel Don 2 , I thought I should take a moment and show how great the new poster actually is. Quite a jump from the original one, don't you think? But wait... Is Don ripping out a mask of his own face? Or was he wearing someone else's skin the entire time? I mean, sure Don can be pretty unpredictable... But I never pegged him as a Leatherface-style psycho or... Tom... Cruise? Regardless of how silly the poster looks, I have complete faith in Don 2. It looks like fun.  But will it surpass Don?  That remains to be seen.
